Delete your Blackjack Trainer account

Blackjack Trainer creates an anonymous account for you on first launch, and your training statistics are backed up to it. This happens whether or not you ever sign in with Google, Apple or an email address — signing in links that existing anonymous account to your identity rather than creating a new one.

So there is almost always something to delete, even if you have never signed in. The steps below remove it.

Delete your account from inside the app

This is the fastest route and it removes everything immediately:

  1. Open Blackjack Trainer.
  2. Tap the menu (☰) in the top bar and choose Settings.
  3. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when the app asks. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you may be asked to sign in again first — this is a security check to prove the account is yours.

If you cannot open the app

If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email ivan@ivanmorgillo.com from the address associated with your account and ask for deletion. We will confirm once it is done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes, permanently:

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no recovery period and no backup copy kept for later restoration.

One honest caveat: if the app cannot reach our database at the moment you delete — for example you are offline — your sign-in account is still removed, and the stored statistics can be left behind with no account attached to them. If you want to be certain everything is gone, email us at ivan@ivanmorgillo.com and we will check and remove any remaining record by hand.

What is not part of your account

Some data is not tied to your account and is therefore not covered by account deletion:
